Situated in 10 000 hectare concession area in the Kruger National Park, Hamiltons Tented Camp offers a unique private safari experience. an 'Out of Africa' style safari camp
Hamiltons tented camp features six magnificent walk in luxury canvas safari tents complete with teak floors, outdoor showers and a superb view of the seasonal river from your private viewing deck.
Your luxury safari tents are linked to the main lodge area by raised timber walkways weaving amongst ancient Jackalberry trees.
The main lodge is home to an inviting lounge, scattered with early 1900s objets d’art whilst the opulent dining area adds to the delight of this tranquil spot overlooking the river. The guest lounge and activities include game drives, guided walks and Nomadic African Spa treatments.
There is also pool to cool off in during the day.

BEST TIME TO GO
The Kruger Park is an all year round destination, with each season bringing its own highlights. Whatever time you decide to safari in the Kruger National Park - you will not be disappointed! Game viewing can be at its best during the dry winters months May to October. At this time, the bush and grasslands are is less dense and the animals congregate around waterholes and rivers, making spotting wildlide easier. However the wetter summer season brings full waterholes, lush bushveld, many newborn wildlife and the summer migrant birds arrive. The Kruger Park has a hot, sub-tropical climate and most of the year it is hot during the day (above 25 ° C).
