OVERVIEW
Here you can expect a sophisticated interpretation of the traditional safari lodge, with light and bright contemporary décor. Limited walls allow a seamless flow between inside and out.
The lodge recently reopened after an extensive renovation, introducing a new sense of brightness and space. Wooden walkways lead off to a spa, gym and pool, and back to the main lodge, where the deck’s connected water features give the impression of floating on the river.
Whether you enjoy your time together socially or quietly, the running theme here is simple and natural luxury living.

The lodge’s eight Luxury Rooms, six Superior Luxury Rooms and four River Suites are spaced along a path to reveal splendid river views, and make for a very personal safari stay. This is where couples, families and friends come together to reconnect with one another and Mother Nature.
The River Suites, each fronted by a plunge pool and set further away from the main lodge, are the most spacious and private – and also include a Family Suite. It’s for you to choose which accommodation best suits you – but the extraordinary view comes standard. Beyond your retreat, relax at the guest pool or in the spa, get active in the gym.

Luxury Room
Each light and spacious room has a canopied king-sized bed (convertible to twin), dressing table, minibar, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a full en-suite with a range of deluxe amenities – and because views of the river and bush cannot be wasted, we built a private deck beyond its fold-back glass doors
Superior Luxury Room
Our 6 Superior Luxury Rooms are larger in size, and have ample open-plan bathrooms and outdoor showers. 4 of the 6 Suites are inter-leading, and are therefore ideal for families.
River Suite
The 3 River Suites are the most spacious and private, set further away from the main lodge and each with its own deck and plunge pool making the most of the view. Step inside to a large bedroom leading on to a full en-suite leading out again to an open-air shower – you are never far from nature here.
Family River Suite
This suite, with two bedrooms and an en-suite between them, is ideal for a family or friends. Both bedrooms can be configured as double or twin and when laid out for children, with amenities, games and toys just for them, is like home – only better! You’ll also have a pool and viewing deck all to your own.

BEST TIME TO GO
The best time to visit Kruger National Park is during the dry winter months from May to October. At this time, the bush and grasslands are is less dense and the animals congregate around waterholes and rivers, making spotting wildlide easier.
